This is a 2-day workshop. We will be milking goats on Saturday and Sunday morning for the fresh milk to use in our weekend cheese making adventure! On Saturday we will cover the basics of cheese making while we start a soft Chevre and Feta cheese. On Sunday we'll  finish and flavor our Chevre and brine our Feta for you to take home and age. We will also have a tasting of a variety of local aged cheeses to enjoy and learn from. 

Registration includes dinner Saturday night, all materials and supplies.
Cost $150 per person - Limit: 8 people - Sat 9a.m.-5p.m. & Sun 9a.m.-1p.m.
